By accessing or using Jobsleworld (the "Platform"), provided by Jobsleworld Global Inc. ("Company"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not access or use the services.
2. Candidate Services & AI Tool Usage
Candidates may browse public vacancies freely. AI Tools (ATS Scanner, Resume Studio, Mock Interview) consume platform credits. Results generated by AI tools are advisory; candidates are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of submitted job applications.
3. Employer Postings & Verification
Employers warrant that all job postings reflect genuine, active vacancies compliant with all local equal employment opportunity laws. Misleading, commission-only disguised as salaried, or fee-charging job postings are strictly prohibited and subject to immediate suspension.
4. Payment & Micro-Transactions
Payments for feature boosts and credit packs are processed securely via PayPal and authorized payment gateways. Digital credit packs are credited immediately upon transaction confirmation.
5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
